This morning I was on Good Morning America with Women’s Health Magazine, talking about one of my favorite topics – frozen treats!

Just got back from Good Morning America Health, where I talked with the show’s host, Tanya Rivero, about Editor-In-Chief of Women’s Health Magazine, Michele Promaulayko’s new book, LOOK BETTER NAKED. We chatted about the Top 20 LBN Foods and how the LBN eating plan is both tasty and realistic, two things I know my clients love! LOOK BETTER NAKED is designed to help women feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. As Michele says in LBN, too many of us use clothes to camouflage spots we’re uncomfortable with.
