  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoons Hummus

Hummus Sandwich

DIRECTIONS

1. Spread hummus on bread, cut off crust and cut into triangles.

2. Serve with steamed string beans (Cascadian Farm Frozen are a good choice) and frozen banana ice cream (cut banana in half, freeze, put in food processor and refreeze in individual portions by pouring into muffin pans) on the side.
