  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Assorted mixed, chopped veggies (onion, garlic, asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, spinach, mushrooms)
  • Ground meat (such as turkey, pork, beef)

Ground Meat Stew

DIRECTIONS

1. Sauté veggies in olive oil.
2. Add meat and cook until done.
3. Leave meat in chunks large enough to be eaten with little fingers!
4. Serve with baked sweet potato and mango chunks and banana slices (Make large quantity and freeze in individual portions)
