- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 egg (preferably Omega-3 fortified)
- Pinch of cinnamon
1. Mix together egg, milk, and cinnamon.
2. Use Canola cooking spray to cover skillet.
3. Dip bread into egg mixture and cook in skillet on stove top until done.
4. Top with sliced bananas.
