  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 Egg (preferably Omega-3 fortified)
  • Pinch of cinnamon

French Toast

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix together egg, milk, and cinnamon.
2. Use Canola cooking spray to cover a skillet.
3. Dip bread into egg mixture and cook in skillet on stove top until done.
4. Top with sliced bananas.
